Proficiency in a wide range of technical skills, including:
- Competence in anesthesia monitoring and patient recovery
- Laboratory procedures
- Pharmacy and medication management
- Radiology
- Surgical assistance
- Dental procedures
- Nursing and patient care
Experience in maintaining accurate medical records using veterinary software.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in fast-paced or stressful situations.
Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Interest in holistic veterinary medicine, or a desire to learn about holistic treatment modalities and patient support.
Position Details
We are seeking a team member who is available to work 9–10-hour shifts on Mondays and Fridays.

Veterinary Assistant
Full-timeQualifications:
Ability to support veterinarians and veterinary technicians in the care and treatment of patients, including:
- Providing safe, low-stress, and Fear Free® restraint for both cooperative and fearful patients during examinations, blood draws, diagnostics, and treatments
- Collecting blood samples
- Performing nail trims
- Assisting with radiographs and diagnostic procedures
- Processing laboratory samples and running in-house laboratory tests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with safely transporting and positioning patients.
Strong technical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records using veterinary electronic health record software.
Ability to assist with front desk and client service responsibilities, including:
- Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Obtaining patient medical records from referring and primary care clinics
- Processing client transactions and running end-of-day reports
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked hospital environment through routine cleaning, sanitizing, and inventory management.
Willingness to assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support clinic efficiency.
Commitment to providing exceptional client service in a unique, integrative veterinary practice. Candidates should possess a positive, outgoing attitude and consistently create a warm, welcoming, and respectful experience for clients and their pets.
Interest in holistic veterinary medicine and integrative patient care, or a genuine desire to learn about holistic treatment modalities and supportive therapies.
